1. Project Underwriting
Before any project is introduced to the market, Maztro Realty conducts a structured underwriting process to evaluate its legal, regulatory, and commercial feasibility.
This includes title verification, RERA compliance review, location analysis, demand–supply assessment, pricing validation, and developer readiness checks.
Projects that do not meet underwriting benchmarks are not taken to market.
